When appointments are made, this time is reserved especially for the client, and therefore a cancellation policy is in place, which is as follows:
- 48 hours notice is required for appointments that are ongoing bookings. A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
We understand that sometimes clients are unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency and that is will not be able to keep a scheduled appointment with our team.
You can call our office anytime, even if it is after-hours (on 07 5437 8777). This phone has 24-hour answering service and you can always leave a message or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Consultations usually last between 30-60 minutes. If your Therapist is late, you will still receive a full consultation or some similar fair arrangement will be made. If the client is late, your consultation will usually finish at the scheduled time, to be fair to clients with appointments after yours. We suggest you allow yourself enough time prior to your consultation to complete paperwork and we will certainly try not to keep you waiting.
